bootstrap theme error

When I loaded the bootstrap v4 theme. It shows this error     A PHP Error was encountered

Hello i have the same problem. I have a working app with bootstrap theme and i try to change to bootstrap-v4.

You resolve the problem?. How do you do it?

i found this topic /topic/314-problem-with-index-in-library/ but this is not my problem. I think is a bug.
