change the Grid color and formatting of text?

Hello Developers ,

i am using the grocery crud in my website for the first time , i want to change the color and to do the formatiing of text appeared on the grid ..
someone please give me the tip how you guys are doing this .

Two solutions, override the css rules or create a new theme. Check the assets folder.
