Problem in Windows Hosting

Hi,
I am using parallel hosting for my site and it is windows based. As all know windows hosting does not allow to use .htaccess file for url rewriting, so I enable query string parameters in config file to use codeigniter.

Now problem is when I am using GroceryCrud with Codeigniter it is not working due to it have no mechanism for redirecting page via querystring.

I'm attaching a picture for people know what I am taking about..

Help needed in this regard.
