Installation without composer - only "OK"-button and "Loading..."

Hello friends,

today I purchased this GC script.

Have been installing as described, but when opening the first test-site, I only get an "OK" button and the word "Loading..."

Nothing more happens.

What's going wrong?

Environment: CentOS 7.3 and PHP 7.1

Good morning!

Perhaps you haven't set the $config['base_url'] to your root folder? Please try.
