GROCERY bootstrap-v4 theme not working with elite admin

hello every one :) well i am working on my we application and i purchase the theme of bootstrap and also elite admin theme i think as john saysbut curnelty i am not able to make it work  http://prntscr.com/i080tj  can any one help me with it ?

Hi, I have also purchased the theme Bootsrap V4 and my NavBar is not Visible except 1 Hyperlink (Brand)

I have also purchased and tried the V3 and NavBar Appears properly but Dropdown in NavBar not works !!!

So I am stuck also ...
