Adding constant to a field

Hi there,

I have a field called "Start" which is a TIME field. I have another field called "Briefing", time as well. I'd like the briefing time to be 00:45m after the start time.

This is: an user enters the start time (ie, 08:45) and automatically, the briefing time is 09:30.

Any idea?
