Is there a way to avoid the initial load of data when going to a page. I'd like to only view it after we run filters

If i am not mistakened, you using datatables as the theme.. i will rather prefer u either switch 2 flexigrid .. or twitter-bootstrap theme that will have a reduced load time for sure.
