Hi!
I have a working installation of 1.5.8 and would like to upgrade to 1.5.9 safely without stepping on my existing configuration and additional themes.
There are nice installation instructions, but I could not find anything on how an upgrade should be performed.

Well i believe the features are just added up and nothing been depricated out ... so you should safely be able to migrate between the two versions safely.. unless you have altered any piece of library for custom requirements. Else - it should be a smooth upgrade.
