having() or_having() why Protected and how access?

Hello friends, need having in my crud to filter rows out which should not be displayed after few relations and n_n-Relations on a table. With WHERE() it is not possible because result not known when command executed. The statement runs on mysql_workbench well but I cant run it with grocery_CRUD if I not remove protected on having() in grocery_CRUD.

please help me...
