Datetime picker not showing on bootstrap theme v3 (only datepicker)

Hello all,

I found some topics rellated, but couldn't find the solution.

I have on my system Grocery CRUD v1.5.8, CodeIgniter v3.1.5 and bootstrap theme V3.

When I use  other theme, my datetime field shows a datetime picker when I try to edit. But with bootstrap theme, it shows just a datepicker, without time.

Is there a way to fix it on this version of bootstrap theme? If is not, in the new version, 4, it was fixed?
