Export not working on iphone

I just installed and I like it but the export is not working on mobile.Works fine on laptop. I click the button and it goes to a page that you think will give you the errors but it just says ERROR_MESSAGE_MAIN and ERROR_MESSAGE_REASON but nothing else. The print button is working just not the export. Does anyone have a fix for this?
