Unusual Theme behavior

With Datatables theme, 'order_by'  not working fine (View screen1) due to which I changed the theme to flexigrid, with which 'order_by' is working fine(View Screen2). But while adding (insert) record in flexigrid theme, it is showing an unusal behavior of redirecting to login page without inserting the data, also url starts displaying NOT SECURE (View Screen3). But with datatables inserting record is working fine. I am not understanding how changing the theme is resulting such functional errors. I would be thankful for the solution.
