Hi!

I bought the v3 theme some days ago, now v4 is out and I didn't know that, I should wait for it. Can I swap to the v4 please?

Version 4 is still in testing stages and not ready to be released to the public for production yet. Keep an eye on getbootstrap.com for the latest info on it.
