migration from local to hosting

Hi, i have a project in my mamp server, and works great ($config['base_url'] = 'http://127.0.0.1/backpanel/'). 

 

when i upload the project to hosting (and i change the $config['base_url'] = 'http://www.mysite.com/backpanel/'). 

 

the error that produces when i try to access is 

404 Page Not Found

The page you requested was not found

 

 

please help me with it, probably must be a little mistake i can see right now.
