Set add field and not to change!

Hello,
I have field which has a relation from another table with id 1,2,3,4,5.... respectively names one,two,three,four,five...., I want one user to do so when ADD set automatically for this field for example "One" and can not be choose one of the other options. Can you help me how to do this?

Well, this seems to be more like a readonly option. You can have a mock field which is having a readonly inputbox, a possible hidden field having the real selected value - mockfield can be a callback. So there aint any chance of user abe to change or do anything with it.
