How to Show model when select the mark?

hello everybody

I have a question !

When I want to add a new car ...

when select the mark vehicle shows the model for this mark !!!

How can I do that ?

Sorry - didnt understand what you wana show ... a model picture or a model window?

Well to my understanding - this is at the end HTML that gets generated and there are ways to achieve whatever you want - u can do late binding to the event change on the specific field using jquery / javascript and achieve the same.
