First CRUD example not displaying correctly

I'm going through the 'Your first CRUD with grocery CRUD' tutorial and when I try to render the final pages it does not display correctly - see attached screen shot. Where do I need to look to correct.[attachment=1048:CRUD Employees.PNG]

I have solved the problem. I re-installed it and it now works fine. I must have missed a file in my original copy.

This is more to do with the CSS / JS not being found by the same. Please inspect the same in the browsers network panel and there you should find in the path it is looking for and the path where you have installed the same. If both are different, you should look in resolving that first. If both are same, then you should look in resolving the issue with your htaccess -- setting it right will also resolve the problem.
