Hello GCians,

 

I am having problem with record addition. When I add a record and if validation is violated it shows

 

{"success:false}

 

and

 

{"success":true,"insert_primary_key":3,"success_message":"

Your data has been successfully stored into the database. Edit College-Discipline Subcategory<\/a> or Go back to list<\/a><\/p>","success_list_url":"http:\/\/localhost\/virtual_uni\/index.php\/admin_college_disp_sub\/index\/success\/3"}

 

on success.

 

Any idea if it has happened before to someone?

Got the issue. I have included jquery.latest.min.js. After commenting that line everything works fine.

 

Now, how can I tackle this issue. Please help.

Anyways, I have found the cause of the problem mentioned in my second post. Help me to solve this.

so what is the problem??? u had write on some error when u add record u have one message and when success u have another one, so what is the question?

Let me clear. When I add a record, it gets added and if validation fails it is not added. Everything is working fine, but, after addition of a record the grocery crud default page is not shown, (i.e. add record page). It only shows the messages(as I specified in my first post) in a blank page. This is the problem.

 

And this happens because of a line in which I am adding  jquery.latest.min.js. When I comment this line everything works fine.

u a dont have any js errors? seems that this is just javascript errors
