bootstrap theme scrambles with grocerycrud integration

Hi, I m developing an inventory management system in codeigniter 3.x. the theme of my inventory system is developed in bootstrap. When I integrate grocerycrud into it my flexitheme gets a little bit scrambled css and when I try chodding twitter-bootstrap theme the search modal doesnot show up don't know what to do? any help
