hey, i just bought bootstrap 3 theme.

anyone use it?

- i little bit disapointet because it's still use jquery-ui for the datepicker and the button.

anyone can help me to share a code to change it to bootstrap datepicker so i dont need to load that chunky jquery-ui again :(

- as i see the button are on the left side, which is a little bit odd, how to move it to the right side of the table?
