How to show extra field in relation table

Hi guys,

I am having trouble displaying extra field in my relation table.

In the attached image, the relation table has an extra field called "is_chair". I use set_relation_n_n for the "Committee" table and want to have a column call "chair" which displays the "user_name" where ''is_chair" => "True"
