How to get prdocut or category name in third tier from parent

<p>Please see the attached screen shot, My DB structure and question is mentioned in screen shot, I am confused, that how we can acheive the category/product name in third tier,</p>

The only way possible is using callback_column...

that way u can query stuff out ... and return it to the callback..
