hint text in add / edit pages

Hi all,

 

this is my question,

is there a way to insert a sort of hint text near each filed in add / edit pages.

Example:

 

 

Name |_________________|  Hint text: ok in this field you have to insert your name!

well for this u need to add the same feature in the library

u need to customize it!!!
