how to make a work config.php with oracle database

I try to make an application that use CI, grocery crud, and oracle for the database. but I don't know how to make a work config.php with that database. this is my code in config.php :

but when i go to http://localhost/telkom2/index.php/main/DWS_CUSTOMER, I got an error like this :

i don't know how to solve it.
