How to do hide field only in edit or add?

 

Ex.:

 

Field 'date', show to add but not to edit. How todo?

 

I search, but not find. :\

 

Anyone?

But secretly I fill this field (in code only), but the user can not see it nor change it.

 

And sorry my bad english!

use callback before insert or callback before edit.
