Have you ever found your way out? I am aslo testing about the related image cropping projects these days. I want to look for a manual one which can be customized by users according to our own favors. Any goog suggestion? We could talk about it later. I hope you success. Good luck.

There is an image crop toolkit which can help developers crop image, picture or photo by Visual C# programming code. You can easily crop a rectangular section from source image object and save cropped image as a new file using this image SDK.
