Display of early dates

When I use the Add Record button on a mysql table with a datetime column, Flexgrid stores and then displays dates like 01/01/1900 - 12:00 as 01/01/1970 -12:00. I am using GC 1.4.1 on xUbuntu 12.04.3 Linux.

 

Why? How to get correct a display?
