timerpicker not appear in fields datetimepicker.

i am using 1.4.1 version of grocerycrud.

Hi and welcome.

If you specify your database field as DATE, the time picker does not have the time selection elements. If you specify the field as DATETIME then it does. At least that is what happens for me.

So check your database and change the field type as necessary.
