Yes. I have it as a known issue ( http://www.grocerycrud.com/documentation/known-issues , "[color=#2C575B][font=Arial, Tahoma, Helvetica, sans-serif]The list search is not working with the n-n relation columns"[/font][/color] ) . I will try to fix it for the version 1.2.1 as it is very important.
