When we use add_action, it applies to the rows of records. However there is no functionality for us to add action for file-wide operations, just like add, export, and print.

 

I know there is a long workaround for this, but it would be exquisite if the api already contained the option for this purpose.

Some of you out there might be wondering how to add another table-wide action in the same level as Add, Export, and Print without touching the core grocerycrud files. The way to do it is to add a link/button at the top or bottom of the "view" page where you will render your grocerycrud object. That's how "long" that workaround is. Hehehe

 

Unfortunately, it isn't at the level of Add, Export, and Print.
