Can't delete file, stays in: deleting file... forever

Hi, I want to ask for help, I did a page using GC some month ago and now I have problems to delete files, it stay "deleting file..." forever and nothing happens. Someone knows what can I do?

Please Help!!

Hi JoseC - welcome to GC Forums,

 

Well will suggest you to test the same in firefox with firebug installed, and console activated. Post that when u click on the delete button u will see the call made to the server and response received - if response is in red - means some error @server side - whatever - u can surely look into the error and figure out what the issue is. If you cant, u can copy / paste the content in here and surely some1 will pop out with help on the same :)

Thanks, great idea, I will try it. Something that I forget to say is that it happens only sometimes, not with all the documents.

I will post when I have the content.
