I have two questions ...

Is there a way to make dynamic inclusion of new data? Example:

Professor:

Count 1, Count 1 specification

Count 2, Count 2 specification

N Charge, charge n specification ...

This is to keep a relationship n_n dynamically ...

The other thing I need is to display a "text input" when selecting a Check box or Radio Button ...
