Hello to all,
I have two tables (STRUCTURE, OFFER). these two tables have fields in common (TYPE, LATITUDE, LONGITUDE) and I would like to add a button in the table STRUCTURE and copy the same data in the table STRUCTURE in the edit page of the table OFFER without having to copy hand. I hope I was clear.
Thank you.

Hi hunterbit

Well a simple solution i can see in here is - you provide a custom field. And add custom button to the same using callback_column. There.. on click of the same call the the relevant add function of the OFFER .. .with the id of STRUCTUE ... (i specifically mentioned add .. cuz for add - it is fine - u can make it set values .. edit is exclusively for the row)

when u land in there.. u can plick off the data and set out the same for OFFER

You can follow link here for the same ... to set default values to add form of OFFER
