change the same lang_string twice for radio button

hi ! i have a question.

could we change "lang_string" in the same form twice ?

in my case, i want to create two radio button (field_type = true_false), and i want to change the label from "active-inactive" to another.

take a look at my attachment.

note : yes ! we can use callback_field function, but i just want to know can we change lang_string twice or not.
