add form in another add form

hello,
I'm trying to create a add form in another add form.
There is the add form for device, and the field ID_SchedaTecnica, display as scheda tecnica , with 1 to 1 relationship with the device.
In the first form, there are two links, one to add the scheda tecnica and another to display the scheda tecnica is that you just inserted.
How do you add, go back and save the scheda tecnica in the add form of device?

how do I remove the dropdown of scheda tecnica and to include only the two links?
