Fixed Position - Table Header bar and search bar

Is it possible to lock the Top bar and search bar when scrolling so they stay Fixed

I would like the Top Bar to stay fixed (visible) even when scrolling, I would like to do the same to the bottom bar as well.

Right now if I scroll the top header scrolls up wit the grid and it makes it hard to remember what the values were of before.
