[member=web-johnny] the problem is do we stick with CI or do we move to something else like Laravel?
Thank god this guy that builds the GC library got us covered and makes (I hope!!! :P ) multi framework versions!!!

We are not stick with CI of course not :) . I guess I am a little bit... stack to codeigniter as a release of GC 2 will be really late.
I am trying to focus to the release of version 1.4 first and then we will see ;)

Some people say that Laravel is basically CodeIgniter 4.0
It is so different however...

is there codeigniter 4.0? :o
No!!! There isn't CI 4!
CI 3 is still in development anyway!
[member=gofrendiasgard] I wouldn't call Laravel CI 4! These two frameworks have major differences!

CI 4.0 is not exists yet. But I think once CI 4.0 built, it would be a total rewrite.
I remember that Phil Sturgeon has mention such a statement ( I can't find the link however)
But, you might want to take a look at http://www.slideshare.net/philsturgeon/why-i-lt3-laravel-4, especially at slide 14.
