How to use forms created by grocerycrud to mix 3 forms

1. I would like to create a custom add form using RhinoSlider like in the image,

2. Then use the skeleton of "grocerycrud's add form" but in a multistep form like this one using rhinoslider

3. Then just when getting all data just insert in respective tables (the relation of tables is a common ID)

Do you know what could I do to integrate RhinoSlider? and use forms?

Go to the theme you are using and under assets/grocery_crud_themes/your_theme/views change the add.php view file.

I don't know about the RhinoSlider but the add.php file is shown whenever you add!
