Any updates or current help on creating Master/Detail forms

Wondering if anyone has any additional help or thoughts on creating Master/Detail forms with GC.

Most of the info I've found is very old ver. 1.4 or earlier and code seems to be incomplete.

Hoping someone has a complete sample using a more recent version.
