Laravel 5.8 Connect Error

I have purchased grocery crud enterprise edition and currently i am working on it on my localhost using MAMP with PHP 7.2 and laravel 5.8 i have followed all the instructions for laravel installation but now i am facing this error "Connect Error: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory"

i have attached the screenshot also. How to get this error resolved. Please note that the database connection is working perfectly fine with laravel 5.8 as i have already performed migrations and different other checks.
