I have a screen where Save and go back (and update and go back) are only prepositionally working

I press the button and it does save but does not go back to the list. When I press the button again it adds another record.

My question: Where to look? I already have cleared the cache...

Im a stupid.. I found it, there was an error in callback after insert.
