Not clear data after we delete the candidate until we reload page or click other manu and click back

What I saw about the datatables when I click on button delete for each rows it doesn't clear the data it is still that same and not reload page any ways the value is already delete if we want to see we need to click to the other link and click back we will see.

Please help to work on it.
