Fast row modification - directly on the table and not using the edit view

Hi guys,
I started using GroceryCrud for a small personal project and I have to say it is quite amazing... My sincere compliments for the great job !
very fast to learn and quite easy to use (usually any framework takes quite some headache to be learned)

Btw, this is my question (i tried to search for it but couldn't find what i need) :
Is it possible to edit an attribute (or two) of a row directly from the table ? For example using some input filed, and then with a button posting the filled inputs?

I can do that in js/jQuery... is it supported somehow by GC ? and if no, how much painful do you think it is to implement ?
