Hey,

while my with with this excellent pice of software I am missing more and more the functionality to create an new item by copy another.


In my opinion:
- each line should have a copy button beside the edit and delete button.
- this button should have the same methods like the others (unset, callback, copy_fileds ...)
- this button should have an own view (e.g. www.test.com/controller/method/copy/123)
- The given / fields should be prefilled with values of selected copy-template item line
- by clicking at save, there should be created an new entry
- the copy view should check for unique and primary fields and disallow duplicates

So my question is. Is this still CRUD for you and could be a part of your project?

Or is this too CCRUD for you and I just develop this copy function only for my personal extened grocery-crud?

It would be good if you made a plug-in that it was possible to use after updating of Grocerycrud.
